It was so absolutely refreshing to see a service team performing at a towering level, the hospitality was so much better than expected. Everyone on the team had a can -do attitude with great intentionality! I was amazed at the prospect of having my old beater GMC pick-up diagnosed and repaired the very same day that I had it towed to the shop. Kevin the service advisor met me before I even entered the building and said "come-on in the office and have a seat, I`ll get your truck diagnosed ASAP and we can get started on it "! ...Wow ! I thought it might be days before I had a diagnosis given the time line that a dealership might follow. Well in only a short time the Team was on it, I was advised of the issue and even given the opportunity to observe the complications of working on a 27 year old auto. The service Tech Anthony was amazing, taking special care to break the parts loose without destroying severely rusted fittings, saving me money and enabling the Team to meet the estimated and unexpected time line of getting me back on the road Today ! If you need your car repaired I surely recommend Skip`s Auto .
